Refund Policy

7-day return window

We want you to love what you wear. You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned with its original packaging and must not be used beyond normal scent testing. A few sprays to test the scent is okay. Bottles that are visibly used, more than about 10% used, damaged, or missing key packaging may not qualify. You will also need your order number or another proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, email us at support@inspired.ke with your order number and a brief reason for the return. If your return is accepted we will reply with instructions on how and where to send the parcel back.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please don't ship anything back to us until we've confirmed.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged in transit, or if you've received the wrong item. We will sort it out — at our expense — once we've confirmed the issue.

What we cannot accept back

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once they have been heavily used or are no longer in returnable condition. These include:

  • Personal care goods — fragrances, body sprays, and beauty products that have been used beyond a few test sprays, appear more than about 10% used, are damaged, or are missing key packaging.
  • Custom or personalised items, including special order or engraved products.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

If you are not sure whether your item qualifies, get in touch before you send it back and we'll let you know.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a product is to return the original item and, once that return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is, we will refund the original payment method automatically within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, mobile money provider, or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, email us at support@inspired.ke and we'll look into it.
